Did you know?
🌼 Babies who recieve delayed cord clamping at birth present with better health throughout their lifetime?

🌼 Most care-providers delay cord clamping (unless the infant is in distress and needs immediate medical attention) as it is now the recommended practice globally due to the benefits.

🌼Talk to your care-provider and ask for your baby to receive delayed cord clamping.

Your mind will tell you you're not enough.

It will tell you you're a bad mum, a lazy mum, a boring mum.

Even people may tell you how to do it better and then your thoughts will spiral into the vicious cycle again.

But let me tell you this...
You ARE enough, you ARE brave, and YOU ARE MAGICAL.

Poor mental health in motherhood is almost impossible to escape. It's hard to be a parent! Just remember. Us mother's stick together. Your not alone. We are a circle of sisters. Hold on tight, embrace the bumpy ride, and reach out when times are tough.

Your kids love you, we love you, I love you. Hang in there, we will make it through together.

Its been about a year since I've been able to work with anyone in person :(

I can't wait to start seeing all of you lovelies and your little ones again. Here is to the future and to being able to teach workshops that aren't through a screen.

👋My name is Katrina Stone,
I am a certified Birth Doula, registered Cuddlist, single mama, and full time weirdo. I realized helping families through their parental metamorphosis was what I wanted to do after I had my own son. I never knew what a doula was or the power of their presence. I had an amazing birth experience and I am very fortunate to be able to say that because many Mamas have a hard time through labor, birth, and postpartum. That's why I want to be there for you, just like my doula was there for me. She made my experience so much easier. I'm so excited to meet you all screen to screen on LADIES NIGHT!!!

This is Jess Kroez!
Jess is the owner of Wild Child Imagination Studio.

Pre-pandemic Wild Child hosted art & sensory playgroups for babies, toddlers & kiddos. In its current incarnation, Wild Child is a playdough & sensory kit factory. Jess says, "No matter what I'm doing it always seems to come back to children's open-ended play. Last year I started a playdough subscription box called The Dough Club that delivers fresh dough to subscriber's doors every month. I live in Chatham, Ontario and this year I am homeschooling my two kiddos. I love learning, reading, entrepreneurship, podcasts & deep conversations"
