Hello friends! What a great season we had this year. I was lucky to close the cottage this year with my mom and her best friend of over 60 years!!! We have 5 weeks left for summer 2025. After 2 years of no price increases, we will be making a small increase for 2025. However anyone who books before the end of the year will be locked into this years prices. Updated calendar!!! Thank you to all the wonderful families that have booked, liked and shared our space with their family and friends! We are almost FULLY booked for the summer. Currently we have one spot open June 2-6 and the last week of August! Sell off for next week, mid-week available. DM if interested.

Happy Thanksgiving, Merry Christmas and everything in between. Phew it’s be a hectic fall around here. My mom and I went to do the final closing at the cottage a few weeks ago. (Thankful for mommas!) We bagged up all bedding and soft goods, put moisture grabbers in the space, lined everything with dryer sheets, brought in the BBQ and outdoor furniture and tucked away anything under the deck. Then we had lunch in Picton at the County Canteen. (Great food and live music most weekends!) The County Canteen. We had an amazing 2023 season, we welcomed many guests to our cottage and we are thrilled to continue to share our space for 2024. Booking are now open for 2024. And we are holding our 2023 rates for early bookings! 💥

And that’s it folks! The summer season is all wrapped up on our end, we sold our last minute opening for tomorrow which was the last 3 nights of the season. THANK YOU to everyone who shared/ liked/ posted. This was my first year managing our own rentals (we previously had a company doing it). And everyone who came and visited our place was awesome!

I have a few visits left to do a few small repairs (and maybe have some fun while I’m there too!)

🚨 last minute sell off!! We have Sunday August 20- Wednesday 23rd available! 🚨. Selling off for $975 this includes cleaning and taxes! Kids pools, adult pools, kayaks, paddle boards, beach, sandbanks passes, explore picton and the wineries/ breweries.

Wow we are 1/2 way through summer and what a busy few weeks we’ve had! While he’s our cottage is often rented out to amazing people, we also use it as a family! This year our family held a reunion on-site and rented out additional cottages from our neighbours! What a great week we had. If you are looking to have a few families to come, let us know and we may be able to hook you up with awesome neighbours! We hosted some ‘family olympics’ during our stay, some pool side lounging, wineries, driving range, so much fun!

Cottage weekend success, happy Monday!

Record player fun. New cottage toy!

We went to East Lake Cottage Escape this weekend and did a stop by one of our favourite places, Parsons Brewery. I’ve got to admit I’m not a beer drinker, but did enjoy some of their non-beer options! Parsons is a large open field with horse shoes games, playground and generally a musician playing during the day. It’s a great way to spend a day in the county!
