Our relationships with our loyal clients mean the world to me and the entire team here, we strive everyday to find ways help you save money where we can, explain what to expect in destinations around the world that might not be obvious to the untrained eye when booking online, be AVAILABLE to you 24/7 when others have closed for the day or online sites have enormous wait times to speak to a human and come up with creative ways to be able to offer promotions and giveaways to you all (including 3 trips in the last year) We understand that unexpected things happen & some people prefer to book online and that is totally fine, but I would ask on behalf of the team here to please allow our dedicated agents the precious time they need to devote to the clients that have intentions to book with us before having them complete extensive work on your behalf (especially out of hours) and see you have booked elsewhere. This does not happen often and that is a testament to the relationships we have for which I am forever grateful
