For anyone wondering if Sea Haven will be affected by the new provincial STR legislation… we are located in a rural electoral area of Courtenay BC, about 15 minutes from town. Our property is zoned tourist/commercial-2 and is permitted short term accommodation. The property has been registered with the province and we look forward to a busy Spring/Summer season ahead!
