Mount Washington Alpine Resort is closed to the public until our winter season begins. The community is buzzing with talk of fresh snow, and we're just as stoked as you are to get going - Opening Day is set for December 13th! Right now, our team is actively preparing the slopes for your arrival with machinery and staff working all around the slopes. Please respect all closures and not enter mountain terrain, for everyone's safety. We appreciate your cooperation. Let it snow!

It was a baby boom! More Vancouver Island marmot pups were born in the wild this year compared to previous years… A record-breaking 89 marmot pups have been born.
