Osprey Snow Hawks Snowmobile Club

The OFSC is divided up into districts. The Osprey Snow Hawks is in District 8. We have nearly 90km of trail, which meander through forest and field. Our scenery is gorgeous and wildlife can often be spotted along side the trail. We have a clubhouse on the B111 trail just on the west side of Feversham. son. Come in and make yourself a coffee or hot chocolate and warm up. 100% of our club is operated by volunteers. This is a list of just a few things that our invaluable volunteers do…

• trail planning
• contact landowners to get (and to keep) permission to cross their land
• clear away brush, fallen trees, and other obstacles from the path of the trail
• inspecting and assessing signs and markers, and arranging what needs to be purchased for the next season
• putting up trail signs and markers
• constantly assessing the trails to see whether they can be safely opened, or remain safely open.
• grooming the trails
• keeping the clubhouse clean, warm, and stocked for weary and cold snowmobilers.
• taking down the trail markers at the end of the season
• organizing events
