We are looking for a long term tenant in one of our 1000 sqft condos located at Katepwa Beach. 2 bedrooms, den, 1 bathroom. Comes furnished with wifi, tv, natural gas bbq, patio table/chairs, appliances including washer/dryer, plates/glasses, etc.
Rent is $1550/month with a damage deposit upfront $1550. Rent includes all utilities…you’re only extra cost is emptying your own septic tank as needed. Located in the village of Katepwa Lake so a short walk to the beach/bar/golf courses etc. Proof of work required and past references are liked. We have a condo open June 27-30, normally $250/night. But for these 3 nights we will do $500 total so you get a free night!! First paid gets it! Show up with a bag of groceries and clothes and good to go!!

We had a cancellation for July 10-24....2 weeks for $2500 or one of the individual weeks for $1500. It’ll be a hot commodity so first deposit gets it!!
Update: Hour later the 2 weeks are booked. Thanks for the interest. Time left in end august and early June still, with few odd days in the middle. Shoot us a message!

We were very busy in 2020 with short and long term rentals. Hoping for the same in 2021 with people from last summer returning for this summer. Watching the storm as it passes by...seems like we are just on the edge but a good lightning/thunder show. We have turned away many potential renters the last couple weeks because their dates are not available in any of the 3 condos this summer...book now!!
