We would like to wish all the runners and walkers participating in the Not Since Moses run in Five Islands a safe and fun run tomorrow! A big shout out to all the volenteers and organizers who make this successful event happen!

We’re out on the ocean floor setting the course for tomorrow’s race. These rebar stakes, along with course marshals, will help guide participants on their adventures. 🏃‍♀️

Nova Scotia seascape photographer, Kyle Hebb took a side trip to Lower Economy, N.S. en route to Halifax to check up on what is known locally as the ’flower pot’. Arriving right at the turn of a high tide, it was showing some wear from recent storms, but still standing tall in Soley Cove.
