Airports can often feel hectic and stressful! But there are things you can do to make sure you're stress-free. Try booking flights at times and days that the airport is less packed, have anything you may need to show at security easily accessible, and likewise anything you may need to take out of your bag to get through security. Make sure you have snacks handy and a refillable water. Lastly, give yourself plenty of time - worst case scenario, you'll have plenty of time for a pre-flight snack or drink at an airport restaurant or bar.
