✨Features of Percy Point✨

Our cottage has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms — comfortably sleeps 8 guests (one room has double bunk beds). Master bedroom has an ensuite and the other bathroom is conveniently located just outside the 2nd bedroom. The cottage also has heat and AC … located right on the snowmobile trail with some of the best ice fishing around (apparently).

Beautiful lake with dock for your boats — sandy walk-in area for swimming, etc (+/- 150 feet of lake front) — 2 tier lakeside yard for all your yard game fun (some of which are already there for your use). Fire pit area as well half way down to the lake. Lake is known for awesome trout and bass fishing as well. The large, full length deck overlooks the entire lakeside of the property.
