This lakefront luxury is located on Percy Lake in Northern Haliburton County and close to the Algonquin Park boarder. Its deep glacial lake offers clean waters, rock bluffs and sandy beaches. People are attracted to the extreme privacy that Percy Lake has to offer!

Percy Lake has been stocked every few years with lake trout since the 1960’s. Other fish you may come across are Silver trout and Smallmouth Bass.
🚤Fort Irwin Marina:
A short 10 minute drive from the LakeHouse, offers a general store, LCBO and water sporting goods.
🛍️Downtown Haliburton:
A 25 minute scenic drive and you will find an array of stores, gift shops, cafes, restaurants, galleries, summer festivals and events.
