Duties will include daily airport shuttling and occasional tours to Peggy's Cove and Lawrencetown etc.

EAST Shuttle is pleased to be offering shuttles from Halifax to Evolve festival for the 6th consecutive summer. We are offering an early-bird fare of just $75 / person. This is a round trip fare and includes taxes. This fare will increase to $80 / person on June 20th.

We will be offering at least one shuttle on Thursday evening and there will be several departure options throughout the day on Friday. All shuttles will depart from 2nd Cup Coffee Shop on Quinpool Road at Vernon street.

The tentative schedule is as follows:

Thursday, July 10th:
Depart Halifax @ 5:30pm (Aprox. arrival time:8pm)


Friday, July 11th:
Depart Halifax @ 7am (Aprox. arrival time: 9:30am)

Depart Halifax @ 1pm (Aprox. arrival time: 3:30pm)

Depart Halifax @ 7pm (Aprox. arrival time: 9:30pm)

Return Shuttles:

Sunday, July 13th:

To reserve a seat we require the following:

$40 deposit

Deposit can be sent by email money transfer or you can deliver it in person. You will receive a confirmation e-mail when we receive your deposit and your seat will be reserved.

EAST Shuttle is currently seeking experienced drivers for immediate employment. Qualified candidates will require at least a Class 4 drivers licence and a clean driver abstract. Possession of an HRM taxi/limousine license would be an asset but we are willing to guide you in obtaining this designation.

Duties will include general shuttling and tourism operations in the Halifax area with occasional trips outside the HRM. Our regular routes include Stanfield International Airport, Peggy’s Cove, Lawrencetown Beach and EAST Coast Outfitters Sea Kayaking (Lower Prospect). Vehicles provided will carry between 6 – 14 passengers. The majority of clientele are students and backpacking tourists but we also provide shuttles & tours for cruise ship passengers.

Honesty, punctuality, customer service, and problem solving skills are essential to this position. A good working knowledge of HRM streets and landmarks are a must.
