📌 Minimum Stay Requirements:
Summer Season (June–Sept): 7-night minimum stay.
Long Weekends (Off-Season): 3-night minimum stay.

🔹 Damage/Cleaning Deposit (Refundable if no damage) – $100.00
🔹 Sanitizing Fee – $50.00
🔹 Pet Damage Deposit (Refundable if no damage) – $250.00
🔹 Pet Fee (Per Pet) – $50.00

📌 Pets must be pre-approved before arrival.

📜 Policies & Booking Information

📢 Payment Policy:
✔ Full payment is required at the time of reservation.

📢 Cancellation Policy:
14+ Days Before Arrival: One night’s stay + HST retained.
7–14 Days Before Arrival: 50% of total reservation retained.
Less than 7 Days Before Arrival: No refund.
Admin fees are non-refundable in all cases.

📢 Check-In & Check-Out:
Check-in: 4:00 PM (No check-ins after 7 PM unless arranged in advance.)
Check-out: 10:00 AM

📢 Reservation Requirements:
Summer Season (June–Sept): Cottages require a 7-night minimum stay.
