Concierge would like to thank you all for your interest in our venture. We are hoping to launch very soon in Kingston, and we have been working to make our product as ideal as possible.

When we started Concierge we thought, how can we redefine current standards of customer service whilst requiring minimal behavioural change from our users?
The answer is Wi-Fi.
Everyone uses it, most businesses offer it, and yet very few people understand it. The way people use Wi-Fi has changed and yet technology has not.
Our solution is to go back to the original idea of one password per user and how we are doing this is by joining existing networks into one centralized Wi-Fi network.
