Another great day in New Orleans. New School of Cooking taught the secrets to great Gumbo, Jambalaya, Bread pudding and pralines. Delicious…Mardi Gras World never disappoints with the huge displays and we had fun making mask. Finished with a delicious dinner with entertainment on the Natchez cruising the Mississippi.

New Orleans for March Break. 79 degrees…Cafe and Beignets…above ground Cemeteries, Delicious Gumbo, Love those Gators…and lots of them. And of course Bourbon Street. Great Day!
Visited the Coleman Theatre tonight in Miami, Oklahoma. The longest running theatre I. The U.S. Beautiful tour, delicious dinner and great entertainment
White Sands National Monument. Amazing a dune field of Gypsum sand. 275 acres create thousands of years ago and still continues to grow today. The sand shifts up to 33 feet in a year. They use graders to keep the road clear. We are having fun!!!!

What a day. I showed the group the little town of Oatman Arizona. We ran late because we got held up by a gun fight. We made it Scottsdale for the 6 nights at the beautiful Sonesta Inn, Paradise Valley.
Another busy but awesome day. The Grand Canyon National Park never disappoints. No matter how many times you’ve been here it’s still impressive. Vegas baby for the next two nights. Good luck to all of my clients.

On our way to Arizona. Stopped in Oklahoma City to visit. Amazing City Capital Building is Beautiful dome and the Land Run Monument. Visit to the Cowboy Museum and the Bombing Memorial. Great day….it even snowed
