Midland town dock certainly has had upgrades and changes. It was closed for several weeks due to the work being done. Safety issues, no one was allowed to be on the dock with the heavy equipment. The work of the construction crew is complete now, just to get all the new plants in. This was the first weekend the gates were down to walk on the dock.
