What is Mochi? It's is a Japanese soft and chewy snack made from mochigome (short-grain glutinous rice).
Why is it so popular? Because it's deliciously sweet and savoury, too!

Where does pesto come from? Genoa found in the Ligurian region of Italy.
Origin of the word: Pesto derives from the Italian verb pestare which means to crush something with a pestle to reduce it to powder.
What are the traditional ingredients? Basil, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, pine nuts, parmesan and coarse salt.
Why do so many people love it so much? It's bright, green and so healthy! Packed with Vitamin A & C, calcium, iron - this tasty sauce can be used with pasta but also in salads, meat and fish dishes. It's versatile and so delizioso!

O’zapft is! Oktoberfest is here!
Everything you need to know about Oktoberfest:
🇩🇪 The first Oktoberfest was held to celebrate the marriage of Crown Prince Ludwig. It was originally a horse race with no particular focus on beer.
🍺 It is forbidden to drink any beer other than Munich-brewed beer.
⛺ More than 6 million attend. And the largest tent seats 11,000 people.
🔫 Oktoberfest starts with a gun salute with the cry O'zapft is which literally means "it is tapped."
🌊 The amount of beer drunk at Oktoberfest could fill more than three Olympic-sized swimming pools.
