We are currently seeking an experienced Chalet Caretaker. This opportunity is perfect for someone to carry out another part-time job or looking to wind down while still having some income. We are looking for the right candidate for this position as early as March 1, 2022.
-Inspecting the chalet, including heating, cooling, lighting and alarm systems to make sure they are in good working order. Ensuring that doors and windows are locked.
-Updating inventories after every check-out.
-Performing basic repairs and maintenance tasks as required.
-Maintaining order and keeping every piece of equipment, tools, and materials on the chalet premises secured, cared for, and in the right conditions.
**Previous experience in property management, caretaking or managing a facility (3 months minimum).
