Many of the flights from YQR - Regina International Airport are cancelled or delayed January 13 and January 14, 2024
It's very important that you have your Airlines APP downloaded on your devices. This is where any of your vacation changes are going to be communicated directly to you.
If you are already at the airport it is best to talk to the Desk Agents for information and changes regarding your vacation as they will have the most update information.
We can't stress enough the importance of trip cancellation and trip interruption insurance for situations like these.

Update - Cancellation of Regina departures

As we slowly caught up from the first round of cancellations, we have been thrown into round 2. 😭😭

Our staff worked tirelessly through the holiday season to assist clients with cancellations and rebookings. I ask for your patience and kindness as we continue to contact each client to discuss their options. We have started with Groups and immediate travellers first.

We have just been notified from Sunwing Vacations that the Regina and Saskatoon flights have been cancelled immediately and apply to travel up and including Friday February 3, 2023.

We are absolutely gutted by this news and our staff are working diligently to contact each of our clients to talk through options with them.
I ask for your patience as we start conversations with our Wedding Groups and immediate travellers first.

Sunwing has recognized that despite their best efforts they have failed to deliver on their customer’s expectations and deeply apologize for not meeting the standards of service especially out of Saskatchewan.

ALL IMPACTED CLIENTS WITH CANCELLED DEPARTURES WILL RECEIVE A FULL REFUND TO THEIR ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT WITHIN 30 DAYS.
