Well friends, high season has officially started in the Mexican Caribbean.

Here are some tips to help you start your vacation on the right foot, when arriving in destination:
1. Pack your patience. You will likely need a lot of if, but if not, it’s free and easy to pack. It doesn’t take up much space, but can make the difference between an easy or rough start to your vacation
2. Try to get seats in the front of the plane, and when you get off the plane, especially if it’s a big one-hustle!
3. Once you get off the plane, if needed, visit the first washroom that you see
4. Bring snacks and a water bottle. This will be helpful during a lengthy wait for checked baggage.
5. Expect to get baggage searched. They are searching more people than ever.
6. If you can, only bring a carry-on. It will save time, money and lots of frustration.
7. Expect delays. With weather and the sheer number of planes flying in and out this time of the year, they are inevitable.

Hey Folks!!!

We have been working with Anita Milne of Just Say Yes Destinations in Iroquois to find the best resort at the best price!! After looking at destinations/airlines and prices, here is what we feel is our best option;
Resort: Grand Palladium Punta Cana, DR - *5 STAR RESORT!
Date: January 12th to 19th, 2024
Airline: Transat Vacations
Price: $2395 all taxes and fees included per person
Deposit: $500 per person (non-refundable)
Book by: Thursday, June 22nd, 2024

The demand for travel has exploded! Due to the high demand and the travel industry recovering, the prices have risen. We found the best price for an amazing 5 star resort located on the stunning Bavaro Beach in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.
All the Airlines, including Transat will not hold seats or guarantee prices for our group or any groups for an extended amount of time. In previous years they would block seats for our group for a few months with no penalty if we didn't fill them. That unfortunately is not an option now for us or any group, they have given us a little over a week with a guaranteed price of $2395.00.
They say prices will be going up so we need to act FAST! They are holding this price till Monday, June 22nd, 2023 and after that it is expected to increase in price.

So, what we need from everyone is a commitment that you would be coming with us and would be able to put the $500.00 deposit per person down on or before June 22nd,2023. To do this we need you to BOOK NOW! Your credit card number but WILL NOT be processed until we know that there are 65 passengers.

We need to have at least 65 people to make this work as there are expenses to get the band equipment and the rental of our exclusive showroom which we perform in just for our group. This room will have tables, chairs and bar service for the 2 shows. Our 3rd show will be an open air concert on an outside stage or by one of the Palladium 6 pools!

As of today we have 24 people confirmed that they are ready to put the deposit down which is awesome!!
Once your deposit is paid, it locks the price for you and your seat on the plane.
The deposit is non-refundable unless you can find someone to take your place or have Cancellation Insurance

So, this email is to see who is wanting to come for sure and to see if we can get 65 people.
It's simply not financially feasible to get the band equipment which is a cost per pound as extra luggage and the rental cost of the private room unless we have 65 travellers

This year, we are heading to the Grand Palladium Punta Cana. They are being extremely accommodating and check off all of our boxes. You requested a beautiful beach, great food and service, and an agent that will es**rt us and we have delivered!

It's safe, clean, excellent food, great staff and a great private room for us to perform in. Great specialty restaurants, 24hr XTra Time Sports Bar which a lot of other resorts bars close at 11pm and the pool is awesome!! LOL
We perform 2 private shows in a private room with bar service and then one open air concert and we will have a fun themed night on the second private show. We also plan a really fun group excursion which is always one of the highlights of the week.

The Grand Palladium Punta Cana is a 5 Star experience!

We know this is short notice but we have had so many people ask if we are planning a trip. This is the best and only option we could come up with. We have been doing these trips for years and never had so many hurdles but we feel it's worth a shot and we promise you an awesome week!!
