Meet our fearless leader Lori, our amazing Brewhouse Manager! Lori has been working at the Huntsville Brewhouse for 5 years, ever since we opened our doors! Her favourite dish at the Brewhouse right now is the Trout Taco, but she also loves a Croque Madame for brunch on the weekends! Her current favourite beer in our lineup is Starboard, but if she could resurrect a few it would be Broken Axe or Sunseeker!

Lori's favourite part about working at the Brewhouse is her wonderful team, and she loves every time a new team member comes in and they just 'fit'. She's a natural "chatty Cathy" so it doesn't take much to get her talking when you walk into the Brewhouse looking for a friendly face! Her favourite music to hear in the restaurant is Whitney Houston because everybody knows and loves Whitney!

Finally, in her free time Lori loves travelling and would do it full time if she could. She loves camping (but has retired to an RV instead of the ground) and reads a lot, but could not tell you a thing about Netflix's latest series! And she wants to try all the food the world has to offer! Except for water chestnuts, those are a no.

Make sure to grab a bite at the Brewhouse and say a big hello to our one and only Lori!
