Hi! It’s me! Jess. A proper introduction to the face behind Salty & Naked ♥️ I’m 41 and spontaneously living in the heart of Muskoka with my incredible husband Justin and our two growing boys! Our family moved to Huntsville from Kitchener almost 2 years ago and we’ve loved every minute! If I’m not building something on our property or hanging with the chickens I’m probably out on the lake or on my yoga mat! I had planned on starting salty & naked back in 2019 but then we happened upon a pandemic. As things slowly came back to normal I realized salty & naked was needed more now than ever. Connecting with others was a thing of the past and we’ve all been isolated and alone through some tough stuff! I want to bring women together, to take time to recharge and feel excited about life! In all of my retreats I hope to build in movement, curiosity and gratitude while fostering a like minded community of contagiously positive women. Life is short. We have this one here that we’re living right now and I hope to meet you along the way! To lift each other up and love more than we thought possible!

Hey Salties! I’ve been on a bit of an inward journey while I make my way through yoga teacher training. It’s been a magical experience and is the most intuitive and knowledgeable guide. I will wrap up training this spring and you bet I’ll be kicking it off with a yoga retreat in May! Time to put my skills to the test! Rebecca walked into our spring retreat, knowing no one, with two little babies at home. She brought the most infectious laugh and a breast pump. Taking big leaps of faith to do things that will fill your own cup takes courage and trust in yourself. She got a weekend away from the everyday whirlwind and I got a friend for life.
