We are pleased to announce Michelle Le Sage as another Victoria/Duncan Regional Judge! Michelle Le Sage has stood out as a leader in the hospitality community for many years. She is the General Manager of the Oak Bay Beach Hotel as well as the Executive Chair of Oak Bay Tourism. Michelle’s current community involvements include being Chair of the Culinary Phantom Dinner for Citizens’ Counselling Centre, active Member of the Rotary Club of Oak Bay and avid supporter of the David Foster Foundation. Michelle is a previous recipient of the Eric C. Douglass award for having best presented the spirit of an entrepreneur with a philanthropic nature and was recently named the 2016 Hotelier of the Year by the British Columbia Hotel Association. Congratulations!

Together with fellow partner Derek, he took over responsibility for Integral Wealth in 2011. He’s been highly successful with countless galas and charity fundraisers, including chairing the “Together We Care” capital campaign of the Victoria Hospitals Foundation, and has been the recipient of the Queen’s Golden Jubilee Medal and the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Medal.
