With a spacious living area, it is the perfect place to relax with friends and family. Two bathrooms. The cottage is beautifully designed with hardwood floors thro

ughout. Spacious play area for children in main living room. Work station located in bedroom. Wifi available. Half an acre of flat land, ideal for activities such as volleyball, badminton, etc. Private boat ramp on property. Large fire pit with armour stone seating. Large deck perfect for sunbathing. Wide sandy beachfront with a private dock. Paddleboat, kayak, and canoe available for use. Tailwinds Bar and Grill restaurant is an 8 minute walk up the street. Orillia Rama Regional Airport is also up the street and provides seaplane tours of the area. Downtown Orillia is close by which has little shops, fine dining, farmers markets, and festivals.
