REVIEW of Casa Balthazar, Lisbon: Spectacular Hotel! 19th Century!!! https://www.casabalthazarlisbon.com/ The spectacular view over the city, the interior charm and its excellent location fell in love with Balthazar Roiz Castanheiro, founder of the famous Confeitaria Nacional , (OLDEST BAKERY in LIBSON) who acquired the property in August 1882. Since then, and for five generations now, this "treasure" has belonged to to the family and is rigorously cherished. 5/5 All suites and rooms include:

REVIEW of Longevity Health and Wellness, Alvor, Algarve, Portugal: Located just outside of the town or Alvor, with a great view from the roof/Pool. This Hotel is all about SPA and Retreats and Therapies. We enjoyed the use of all the Saunas, pools, steam rooms etc. Had a very relaxing massage as well. Comfortable room, large balcony, strange bathroom (glass walls, so privacy is not really there). Breakfast was included every morning and was amazing! Very safe hotel and located near other Therapy Places. Would give this place a 4/5.

REVIEW of BOAT HAUS in Cadiz, Spain: Incredible idea to stay in a Boat House with an amazing view of the Rock of Gibraltar!!! Easy to find in Marina, Easy to enter the Complex, Easy to enter the Boat Haus. Owners gave excellent instructions - which is so important as this is not a Hotel, where you just walk in. Our Boat Haus was the MODERN. Free Bikes to use as well!!!
Clean! Tons of Room! Full Bedroom and a Sofa Couch! Spacious!!! All the Amenities! Quiet! Roof had chairs to sit and relax and enjoy Spain and the UK! 2 TVs! Free Parking in Marina, Great WIFI, Drinks were free in Fridge - wonderful! Friendly neighbours! Easy 10 min walk to Border of Spain/UK! Safe! And not rocky waters as protected in the Marina! All in All - 5/5 and would High recommend this experience!

REVIEW of Monte Carmelo in Seville, Spain: Great location, across bridge from city centre (you don't want to stay in city centre - or drive in city centre....too squish and extremely busy). They said there was parking in their Hotel garage and there wasn't, so we had to park 3 blocks away. At first we liked the staff, very nice. Room seemed good but the the AC didn't work for 2 nights!! (grrrr). Beds were not bad. Breakfast was good but lots of signs saying "Don't take food from restaurant" But we could take Coffee. Had an issue with one Staff member, who when we complained about A/C started to yell at us = RUDE!!!! So sadly I won't go back there. Will try another place in Seville BUT the location was perfect!!! 3/5

REVIEW of Belmar Resort & Spa, Lagos, Algarve, Portugal. Excellent location, nice short path to Beach (with 2 restaurants). Pool was lovely and beautiful to look at (too cold to swim). The accommodations were strange (Studio). Lots of upkeep needed in this room. Tel didn't work properly and AC was off and on. Stains on carpets outside of room everywhere (they said this was guests fault?). No water in Room. No tissue in room, no hair conditioner, shower head was cracked, cabinet was broken. Would recommend this place but in a different type of accommodation. Location is great. Breakfast was excellent. 3.5/5

REVIEW of Heritage Avenida Liberdade Hotel: Boutique Hotel, No water in Room like other Hotels have and A/C was not working well at all. Bed was hard as a rock sadly. Breakfast included and was adequate. Staff was fine but they didn't clean our room one day - not sure why not? Excellent Location, safe. Would recommend for location 3/5.

REVIEW of 138 Liberdade Hotel in Lisbon: It was lovely and on a nice Street, a bit away from the busy action towards ROSSIO square. Staff were nice and professional. Rate was excellent. Bed was a King but not that comfortable. Not a lot of room in bathroom for items (from 2 people). View was nice of long street. Breakfast was delicious and included. Windows not a 100% soundproof. Felt safe and secure. Would highly recommend this Hotel. 4/5
