Finishing the basement and adding bedrooms helped this growing family in their 2 bedroom bungalow have space to host guests again.

Wow...what a basement! These (amazing) clients lived in a small bungalow and wanted space for entertaining and a play area for their two small children. With only 700 sq ft to work with, we designed and constructed a basement that is fantastic for entertaining, gives the kids their own play area, has a spare bedroom (with a huge window!), a functional laundry room, and a gorgeous 3 piece bathroom!
