This deluxe executive suite is office-ready.
The updated decor reflects the changing seasons, holidays, and special occasions. You will surely enjoy the “little touches” personalized for your stay.

A premium location to beaches, swimming ponds, grocery store, splash pad, and restaurants. 15-20 mins from downtown St. Johns, the airport, and Signal Hill.

Enjoy a day at Topsail Pond! Great for swimming, kayaking, canoeing, leisure or any water sports. Watch the fun right from your suite window.

It is close to Topsail Beach. Nestled along Conception Bay, it offers picnic spots, a gazebo, an amphitheatre, and a playground, all with breathtaking sunset views. Campfires are permitted.

We are close to the East Coast Trail for ATV, hiking, and biking. The East Coast Trail comprises 270 kilometres of coastal hiking paths and 66 kilometres of community walks from Topsail Beach to Cappahayden.

The entire suite is private. It is in the lower level of the host’s home.
