CLASS CANCELLED ON FEB 13. Sorry ladies, I need one more day. Feeling better but no energy due to coughing at night. I tried doing a couple of songs at home, but it was an epic failure as I couldn't get through the first 2 songs. Remember to book your classes for next week so we can all dance the dust off.

UPDATE TO THE UPDATE. Class tomorrow (Feb 12) is cancelled. As usual, I spoke to soon. I am getting better but the allergy symptoms are making my brain foggier than usual and any activity makes me cough a lot. UPDATE My heart rate is almost back down to normal, just left with the residual allergy symptoms (runny nose/occasional cough) so should be good to go for tomorrow.

Well I was doing some cleaning boxes and dusty places I don't usually go and am suffering an allergy attack. Remembering what happened last time I took an antihistamine (sustained high hear rate), I took a NeoCitran that was in the cupboard. Guess what, it contains an antihistamine so high heart rate today, not as bad as last time so hoping it will settle down today. If I am still sitting at a resting heart rate of around 100, class will be cancelled tomorrow. My normal resting is in the 50s. Watch here for a cancellation notice. You would think I would learn.

Well, I'm calling it right now - SNOW DAY TOMORROW, NO CLASS. Because the forecast is for icy conditions once the snow stops, I don't want anyone trying to get to class. Now you can sleep in or bake cookies. Stay tuned for info on Wednesday's class.
