Great family vacation cottage located in the quiet community of "Trillium" of Sherkston Shores, steps from Elco Beach. The cottage comes fully furnished (except bedding) and sleeps up 8 people max. Start your morning enjoying on a large deck, partially covered, and kick back in the evenings around the fire pit.
$10 resort fee person included, pool passes must be purchased from the Welcome Centre.

-Check in is after 3pm, check out is 11am
-minimum age of primary renter is 25
-*amenity passes to enter the pool/waterslide area are purchased directly from Sherkston Shores welcome centre*

-Key code provided prior to check in
- You must bring your own linens, pillows and towels

PAYMENT
-Security deposit required at time of booking. Deposit will be returned after cottage has been inspected. Cottage is to be left in the condition you received it. All trash must be removed, and property damage free.
-Full payment is due 1 week prior to your arrival date
-Payments are made by E-transfer only

CANCELLATION POLICY
-100% refund if cancelled 30 days prior to check in
-50% refund if cancelled 14 days prior to check-in
-No refund if you cancel less than 7 days before check-in
