My services are complimentary when you book your vacation through me. Here’s just one example of why you should book with an experienced travel agent….

Yesterday I had very upset guests get no notice that their early morning flight was canceled. They were very excited for their first trip to Disney and the airline had no alternative options to get them there yesterday.

I don't book flights because airlines don't partner with travel agents anymore and I have no control over these unexpected situations. What I can do when these situations arise, however, is work with Disney to adjust your travel dates to the new flight dates - often at no additional cost to you.

I was able to get this family's travel dates adjusted, free dining promotion left in place, and a magical trip still saved. If this family had booked with a third party or online, the only recourse would have been travel insurance and the vacation would've been shortened.

I think the latest Disney announcement I’m most excited about is the new Monsters Inc. suspended rollercoaster coming to Hollywood Studios!

There’s lots of speculation about where it will go at the park. What’s your guess? Will it take over the current Launch Bay Area? Is this the end of the Muppets??

Big changes coming to Magic Kingdom with the addition of 2 new Cars themed rides in Frontierland and a new Villain’s land!

Disney confirmed today that this expansion will transform Tom Sawyer Island and Rivers of America into a “rally race with some of the world’s most iconic racers.”

Memories of our day in Stockholm, Sweden one year ago today!

My absolute favourite thing about Disney cruising in Europe is getting to see so many different places in one trip while enjoying all the comforts of “home” when you come back from exploring!

To name a few…Disney first class service, spacious staterooms that are cleaned twice daily, room service included, Disney themed Broadway quality shows, all day and evening entertainment for kids up to age 17, and the food your family loves (and kids will actually eat!).

Next time you’re flying from or passing through Portland, I highly recommend going to see the lighthouse!
