This one week Independent tour in Costa Rica with hotels, transfers between cities and guided activities would be the perfect winter getaway! (I actually do have clients going on this one with a Tortuguero & Guanacaste add-on in December - ask me about that option too!). The price for this starts at $1,949cdn per person in 2024 and $2,109cdn per person in 2025. International flights are not included in this pricing.
Sample Itinerary:
Day 1 - arrive in San Jose. Check in to hotel (Doubletree Cariari or similar)
Day 2 - Today, transfer to the lush town of Arenal, located in the shadow of Arenal Volcano. Settle in and experience the magic of your resort (Lomas del Volcan or similar).
Visit the famous hot springs the area is known for and take a dip in the natural springs and pools of mineral waters surrounded by lush, tropical forest. Enjoy dinner at the hot springs. Breakfast, dinner and transfer included.
Day 3 - Explore at Leisure. Breakfast included
Day 4 - This morning, your transfer to Monteverde begins with a short boat ride across Arenal Lake and continues through incredible mountain scenery and the Monteverde Cloud Forest. Check in to your Monteverde Hotel (El Establo Mountain Lodge or similar). In the evening, venture into Monteverde’s Cloud Forest just before nightfall with an expert Naturalist for a guided nature walk to search for the jungle’s nocturnal creatures, like sloths, foxes, agoutis, frogs, and many more! 6 Day Guided Tour - Mexico City Day of the Dead
Book this 2025 tour now to ensure your space!
Explore Mexico City's markets and tuck into local street food on this 6 day guided tour. Get into the spirit with traditional face painting then join a citywide procession. Venture to a small town to witness the elaborate altars built in honour of loved ones passed. You'll walk away with a greater appreciation for this important cultural event and some incredible memories.
Sample Itinerary:
Day 1 - arrive at any time in Mexico City. Flights are not included with tour cost, but can be arranged at an extra cost.
