It is her way of sharing one of her passions with the world. SPECIALEE MADE has allowed Louisa to be connected to many wonderful people from all over the globe. SPECIALEE MADE is an outlet to express creativity. All of our products have been designed with various sources of inspiration in mind. Some of our products were designed by users like yourself. Others have been built in collaboration with

Louisa and the community. Altogether, SPECIALEE MADE creates crafty products that can be shared with the world. SPECIALEE MADE is a gift. Each SPECIALEE MADE item is made with care and love. Every cut of the fabric and every stitch of the seam is carefully put together to provide you with a product that we are proud to make for you. SPECIALEE MADE is as green as we can be. Our materials are sourced from local fabric stores and hobby shops. We try to utilize as much of each fabric piece as we can to minimize waste. Any scrap fabric is later turned into stuffing for other products. Our packaging is made of recycled kraft paper, and can be recycled after you have received your product. SPECIALEE MADE is yours. When you order a product from us, we hope that the experience is something you'll never forget. From choosing your own fabrics, to the types of pockets, right down to the colour of the seams, the choice is yours. We hope that when you receive and use your product that it serves you well in your everyday life. Each and every product is SPECIALEE MADE for you.

It’s been a busy few months here at SPECIALEE MADE! Louisa is on her way to finishing her thesis project and preparing for graduation in April. Orders have been put on a delayed production schedule as school work has been piling up. We will be closing custom orders from MAR 22 to APR 18 to focus on graduating. We want to give a big thanks to those of you who have placed orders for your patience! 💙
We will put out an update post on our website later this week with more details of what’s in store for SPECIALEE MADE.

SPECIALEE MADE will be at the Vancouver MK Meetup 2018! It will be our first MK vendor event and we are SUPER EXCITED!

The event takes place on March 25, from 1PM - 4PM! If you haven't already registered, there is currently a wait list. Check out more details here. (https://vanmech.com/)

Planning on visiting the VanMech Meetup? You can place your order now and pick it up at the event to save on shipping! Simply select 'Local Pickup' when you get to the shipping page. Be sure to make a note in your order form (in the 'Additional Requests' section) that you will be picking up at the event.

We will be selling ready made sleeves in 40%, 60%, 65%, and TKL sizes. Please let us know if there are any other sizes you would like to see at the event! We hope to bring some new and unique designs to this event, so keep an eye on our Instagram page in the coming weeks for some sneak peeks!

Hi All! Welcome back! I am happy to announce that our hiatus is over! Thank you so much for your patience during this time as I finished my semester. As a one-person team, things can get quite hectic real fast, and I felt the need to take a break. But I'm back and ready to make more awesome sleeves

Hi all,

I will be taking a break from orders from today until further notice.

With numerous studio project deadlines coming up fast, I wish to focus on my studies until the end of the semester. For the sake of my well-being, this break will give me some breathing room throughout the week.

For those of you who have standing orders (up to #00070), your orders have been prepped, and are awaiting assembly. I aim to get through these in the next couple of weeks, and I will notify you when your order has been shipped. I really appreciate your patience during this time; I know many of you are eagerly waiting for your sleeves, and I apologize for not updating sooner.

I will resume orders closer to the end of December or after New Year's. This break will also allow me to do a proper inventory of all of the new material/fabrics I have for you guys!
