Calling all chocolate lovers!

Good morning and happy December ! I can’t believe it’s December already!!

I know it’s been quiet over here. I haven’t been posting or baking, but there has been a lot going on behind the scenes.

I’ve had many of you reach out about sweet treats for the holidays, and for the first time in 13 years, I wasn’t sure I’d be able to make it happen.

My supplier of all things chocolate for the last 13 years, went out of business…and with no notice. I was left scrambling to find an alternative after my (large) order email bounced back to me, to my great shock and disbelief. This is every small business owner’s nightmare during their busiest time of year. I can’t even check in to see if they are ok.

I want to be completely honest and transparent with you, and let you know that it has been a very stressful couple of weeks. After over a decade of working with the same supplier, we had a wonderful rapport with each other, and I trusted the quality of the products that I purchased time and time again.

I am now starting from scratch, with a number of new suppliers, and at an exponential increase. However, I want to assure you that the new products have been taste tested, and are of the highest quality, so I have no doubt that you will be just as satisfied as before.

All that to say, I will be making all of your chocoately sweet dreams come true again this holiday season!!

My main focus will be on Chocolate Almond Toffee, and Turtles, but there will be limited quantities, depending on how many I can get made since I am a few weeks behind getting supplies in. I will also be making milk chocolate and dark chocolate almond bark as well as dark chocolate sea salt bark. I am taking pre-orders for the turtles, so if you are hoping for those over the holidays, get your orders in today!!

**Caramel chocolate apples sold out so quickly, that I will make a second batch before the September long weekend. I will only be able to dedicate one day of baking, as I am on holidays for the next 2 weeks, so please pm me ASAP to reserve yours!! **

I’ve been working hard, and sweet treats will be ready for pick up by tomorrow! (Wednesday August 18th).

Who’s in the mood for chocolate?!! It’s been a hot minute since I’ve spent time baking, but I’ve been busing exploring the great outdoors with my kayak, SUP, and enjoying summer to its fullest with my kids.

I know that my sweets have been missed, so I’m going to spend a bit of time in the kitchen this week. I will be making caramel/chocolate dipped apples $8/each (very limited quantities, but I promise you won’t want to miss out on these!!), and I’ll have some chocolate almond toffee as well…there also miiiight be some turtles depending on how much extra caramel is left over after the apples are done.

I am taking pre-orders for everything, so if you are interested, please message me or comment below so I can add you to the list. I will be baking tomorrow, and everything will be done fairly quickly so thst I can get back to spending time outdoors! 😉

It’s been a busy week filling all of your Mother’s Day orders, and I still have a few extra boxes of Turtles and packages of Chocolate Almond Toffee. That means it’s not too late to pick some up for that most amazing and deserving mother in your life...and by that I mean you 😉.

The sun may not be shining today, but gourmet chocolate can make up for it!!

Good sunny morning chocolate lovers!

I’m starting to plan ahead for Mother’s Day, (it’s just 4 short weeks away!), and would like to take as many pre-orders for toffee and turtles as possible so that I am able to fulfill as many orders as possible. Of course I’ll also be selling any extras for cash and carry.

The Turtles will be boxed as a dozen for $30, and the Chocolate Almond Toffee packaged in 1/2lb bags for $15.

I will continue to offer contactless porch picks ups at designated times.

Easter is right around the corner, and with that comes chocolate!!
