AN ACCLAIMED COUNTRY AND BLUEGRASS GUITARIST…
Craig hails from the southwest coast of Newfoundland. Craig’s guitar playing career has spanned decades and countries. He relocated to Nashville Tennessee, where he was based for nearly eight years and toured extensively while performing regularly on stages such as the Grand Ole Opry and with other superstars such as Ricky Skaggs. While in Nashville, Young immersed himself in music, all the while racking up Canadian Country Music awards for his guitar playing. After playing music on the road for more than 15 years, he is now back home making and teaching music. He has worked with some of the best country and bluegrass artists in the world. His latest album, Don't Think Twice, is a collection of some of his favourite country and bluegrass songs. Craig recently became the director of New Wave Music. He also shares the stage with the show Anchors Aweigh.
