The Spruce is a beautiful 4-season cottage escape on the shores of Buck Lake, a quick drive from downtown Huntsville. Private lakefront with 4 acres of land, docks, a shallow gradual beach entrance (great for children) to the water, an immaculate patio/fire area, indoor and outdoor covered dining, and all the amenities you need to live your best life on the lake any season.

The Spruce, with two walkout patios, dining and entertainment areas and two inviting living spaces, offers just as much to do at the house as on the 4 acre property. We have two large main floor bedrooms, as well as two large upstairs bedrooms, a full bath and powder room, and full laundry.
The property has a brand new fire pit area/stone patio, a covered deck for dining and bbq, seating on the main dock and a floating dock for jumping in. Every night you can choose a different unbelievable location to watch the sunset over the lake in every season.

Summer bonuses: paddle board, kayak, canoe, main dock and floating dock
Winter bonuses: access to snowmobile/snowshoe trails, ice fishing locations
