Once again I have completed the Air Canada University Global Sales Program. The program covers every aspect of Air Canada and what they have to offer as they begin to rebuild its global network of itineraries. I had 34 out of 36 questions correct.
It is a very large organization that has its act together. I know there are people out there who may have had issues with their flights or lost luggage but when you see how big and complex this company is you have to raise your hat to the women and men on the front lines as they continue to carry out their jobs.
