Our last night in London. Of course we had to go for a stroll!

It’s been non stop, as usual, since we got off the ship. Spent sometime in Reading with our friends we met on a ship last year. They took us to Windsor, and we also got to meet their lovely family! And then we spent 3 days in London, and got a few more sites scratched off our list. I’m ready to go home now, especially since the weather in NL has finally warmed up!

Last port of call, Kristiansand, Norway. Just beautiful. The landscaping and flowers are gorgeous. The city is so clean. And they have a great shopping area.

Yesterday was a stop in Visby, on the island of Gotland, Sweden. Another medieval town, but with the walls in much better shape than we have seen elsewhere.

Next port, Stockholm. We toured the Royal Palace, lucked into seeing the changing of the guards, walked around the old town and had lunch there, and yes, we visited the ABBA museum

I’ve been up since 5:00 am, it’s now 6:00 am. This is a snippet of the beautiful scenery from my balcony,as we sail into Stockholm. Swans everywhere! (There are 2 in the very beginning of this video)

3 days on Southampton. Lovely place to explore, but I’m ready to get on the ship now so I can unpack. I’m not a living out of a suitcase kind of gal. Which is one reason I love cruising so much. You unpack once, and see so many places!
