Sooooo Since we have a bus for rafting I figured why not use it in the winter! So I'm proud to present our complimentary business OOT & ABOOT ADVENTURE TOURS. We will now be offering Christmas light tours, brewery tours and shuttles to NHL games. Hopefully, with a bit of determination and good luck we will be able to offer 2-3 day tours out to the base for the summer!

Looking for a way to spend this summer outside, active, entertained and get paid to do it? Mukwah Rafting is now hiring staff for the 2024 season. Spend your summer at our wilderness resort on the eastern slopes of the rocky mountains near Sundre AB. This season we are looking to hire:

-Whitewater rafting guides
-Class III+ Trip Leader
-Base manager
-Base Staff

We currently operate 3 day trips through class II-IV rapids on the Panther and Red Deer Rivers. These are full time seasonal positions from May 15 to September 5th. Meals are provided and every employee gets their own personal cabin for the summer (or longer if you want to visit in the winter).

Wage depends on existing certifications and experience with Ideal candidates having a paddling background and some experience in adventure tourism. Those without rafting experience but a desire to learn are welcome to apply and join trips when not working. Anyone interested please send your resume and brief cover letter to [email protected]

Highlights include Nordegg, Abraham Lake, Burnstick Lake, Cow Lake, Crimson Lake, Crescent Falls, Ram Falls, Siffleur Falls, and the Ya Ha Tinda area.
