It also highlights the benefits of the work a travel agent puts into helping you when things go wrong even after you’ve left for your trip. Unexpected delays and cancellations happen and an agent does everything to work for you and take care of the replanning and rescheduling to get you on your way. We were supposed to meet our cruise on December 27. Unfortunately the weather from last week continues to reek havoc on flight schedules and our flight was cancelled.
