Chasing sunsets yet again. This time in Moab Utah. What a beautiful place!
The village of Saksun, on the west coast of the island of Streymoy, in the Faroe Islands: green, beautiful, bizarre... and a must-see! Now that's what we call getting off the beaten track! And with just under forty local troglodytes, you'll certainly have the chance to get to know all of them!
One of the best places for the northern lights is Nuuk, Greenland's capital. The phenomenon is typically seen around midnight and is best experienced in the period from September to the beginning of April.
Los Cuernos, granite peaks known as the Horns of Patagonia in Chile. Easy to see why. What do you think, sinister, elegant, or other?
Is it time to press go?
A Fiat Cinquecento parked in the Calabria region, the boot-shaped tip of the Italian peninsula! Explore the surrounding area and let yourself be tempted by Tropea... Caressed by the sun, it boasts rugged mountains and ancient villages, as well as a spectacular coastline with many popular beaches. What other reason do you need to go there? Watch out, I've got more, you might be surprised ;-)
River cruising Jamaica-style … down the Martha Brae… breathe it in. It's one of the most popular things to do in Jamaica.
Absolutely magical, the city of Marrakech, with its typical souks, is an experience not to be missed. In these authentic markets you will find sophisticated woodwork and magnificent objects, clothes, carpets, blankets and jewellery made by highly talented craftsmen. Plan your trip in spring or autumn, as these are the best seasons to go.
This image of Hawaii's Kauai island and its Na Pali coast looks like a painting from someone's very creative mind. But it's not. It really is dramatic and full of uncrowded and secluded beaches. There are a myriad of hotel and resort options to fit any budget and plan. DM me.
Koh Samui, the second largest island in the Gulf of Thailand, is definitely worth considering for a vacation. It offers palm-fringed beaches, coconut groves, dense and mountainous rainforests, luxury resorts, and world-class posh spas. The ideal time to visit is between January and July.
The Caribbean island of Guadeloupe is a heavenly playground with a French touch. It is a family-friendly resort where you can enjoy fun, culture, and a food lovers paradise all at the same time.
Lots of beaches to check out on the many, many islands in the Bahamas.
Beaches as far as the eye can see, and not enough time to bask in each of them... But already, let’s bet that Four Mile Beach in Port Douglas, Australia, will not disappoint you! Note that the Queensland coastline in the northeastern part of the country is also home to the Great Barrier Reef and the Daintree Rainforest, to name a few. In order not to miss anything during your Australian experience, careful planning is required, and I am here to help you!
Plan, plan, plan. Let's get the most out of your next trip. Especially if it’s somewhere steeped in history, with fairytale scenery, and listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site… like Hallstatt in Austria!
A lot of people see the glorious side of a travel agents life. The travel, training, and great friends we meet along the way. What we don’t often show is how we get there. Many days our hours don’t fall into the normal working hours. We have clients in destination who may need us and we are regularly planning trips. This means amidst the fun side you see, there are a lot of late nights creating quotes, talking to clients and learning outside of our regular ’working hours’. But would we trade it for something else? Nope, probably not 😉✈️
Tell me, is there any view in New Zealand that isn’t postcard worthy? On New Zealand’s South Island is the town of Wanaka, a real gem in summer and winter. Would you choose adventure or relaxation?
Ahh! If Anse Marcel Beach on the French side of the island of Saint Martin doesn't work for you, what beach does?
The Seven Sisters are a series of chalk cliffs. A true place of beauty, they are a landmark in East Sussex, southern England, along the English Channel. Just an hour’s train ride from London to Birling Gap, experience an epic day out with the iconic coastguard cottages, the floodplain area of Cuckmere Haven, and the Seven Sisters cliff walk.
How about this aerial view of Kauai in Hawaii? Stunning, no? I think the best time to visit Kauai is between September and December to avoid the crowds. It's truly a paradise for beachgoers (obviously), hikers, and adventurers. Which category do you fall into?
This is what I call slow travel… riding through Scotland's West Highlands, old-school-style on the Jacobite Steam Train on the famous Glenfinnan Viaduct. Oh, and the Hogwarts Express passed this way too! Does this type of travel interest you too?
Enjoy a stay in Milos and soak up the fabulous scenery of the beautiful white rock formations and the deep blue Aegean Sea. Kayak to one of the wonderful, endless beaches. In the evening, enjoy the ancient traditions, the relaxed charm, and the slow pace of life on this Greek island. And the best time to go? June, July, and August. Is Greece on your list? It’s always on mine!
Snaccidents! They happen to the best of us.
You’ve spent the whole day museum-hopping and exploring historic sites in Rome, and all of a sudden, you’re famished!
The next thing you know, you’ve stumbled into a little local hole in the wall off of a piazza and devoured a whole pizza, pasta entree, and a bottle of wine. Snaccidents can make for some fun food adventures!
So where’s the best place you’ve ever had a snaccident?
In Guanajuato, a historic city in central Mexico, be sure to visit... umm... everything! The beauty of its Baroque architecture, including the strikingly beautiful Templo de la Compania church, is one of the reasons Guanajuato was named a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Beyond its narrow streets and tunnels, the city has an alleyway only 68 cm wide, the Callejón del Beso, the alley of love, made infamous by the forbidden kisses that Ana and Carlos exchanged from their respective balconies until Ana’s father caught them and murdered his daughter. Nowadays, tourists exchange permitted kisses there!
If we plan a visit to the remarkable Galapagos islands you might just get face-to-face (yikes!) with this land iguana. For context, this prehistoric-looking dragon-like creature can grow up to 5 ft. and 25 lbs. and is endemic to the islands. Actually, 97% of the reptiles and mammals are endemic. Have I piqued your interest yet?
This authentic little Irish pub/grocery store has been in Lecarrow, Ireland since 1918. I bet you’d love to visit, chat with the regulars, and discover some fabulous products! Let me make it happen for you!
Majestic rice fields in Bali. Like you need more reasons to go to Bali?
Old Town Lunenburg in Nova Scotia is one of only two urban communities in North America designated as a UNESCO World Heritage site. Come for the history, stay for the experiences, and events, and check it off your UNESCO list!
Split, Dubrovnik, Zagreb and many more towns and villages are all worthy of your time in Croatia. But Trogir, gorgeous little Trogir, is unique among the Dalmatian towns and a UNESCO World Heritage site. It's an easy day trip from Split. What more do you need to know?
Clearly, everyone got the memo on Burano Island in Venice!

Hey there, fellow travel enthusiasts! 🌍 Who else used to believe they were a full-blown introvert, avoiding social gatherings like the plague? 🤔🙅♂️ Well, I certainly did! But guess what? Turns out, I’ve cracked the code. There’s something about wandering through lush landscapes, getting lost in the hustle of bustling cities, and diving into the crystal-clear ocean that soothes my soul like nothing else! If you find someone that can share this same feeling with you, what a bonus! #Travel #traveltheworld #worklesstravelmore #travelcouple #peacefuladventures
Trolls are real and you better watch out for them on our Norway trip. 😎 Join us in June for our epic two week adventure. Have you ever been to Norway? What sorts of things would you like to see? #norway #fjord #fjordnorway #cruise #trolls #folklore #travel #travelagent
If this trip isn’t a perfect example why it is so very important to book travel insurance I don’t know what is! It also highlights the benefits of the work a travel agent puts into helping you when things go wrong even after you’ve left for your trip. Unexpected delays and cancellations happen and an agent does everything to work for you and take care of the replanning and rescheduling to get you on your way. We were supposed to meet our cruise on December 27. Unfortunately the weather from last week continues to reek havoc on flight schedules and our flight was cancelled. Several hours later of planning and being on hold we were able to rebook our flights and we have finally made it to Cabo for the remainder of our holiday. ☀️ 🛳️ 🍹 #princesscruises #cruise #cruiselife #sunholiday #mexico #travel #travelagent #travelagentlife @andynicole22 @leftybtay
With Fall upon us and winter fast approaching now is the perfect time to plan that beach getaway! #allinclusive #beachvacation #travelagent #sun
You want a great way to experience a cruise for the first time? I would definitely recommend Celebrity. I have sailed with them multiple times now and continue to rebook. We even have a cruise to Norway already booked for next summer. Some common misconceptions about cruising: You feel trapped, you get sea sick, its too strict, its expensive with having to buy so much once on board. But in actual fact cruising has changed a ton over recent years. The amount of things for you to see and do on a ship is endless. The ships have also come a long way and have large stabilizers that prevent those feelings of rocking. In addition to that there are many opportunities for you to do what you want when you want with any time dining and multiple show times and activities to accommodate whatever you plan to do. Best of all there are All inclusive options when booking that mean you can get a cruise - entertainment - drinks - and amazing dining options for the same price you'd pay for your typical all inclusive. Want to know more or have questions about cruising? Reach out and I can provide you some great options. Bon Voyage
Spent my birthday doing road to Hana. It was a beautiful day, lots of driving but well worth it. Every time I do this drive I discover something new and amazing. 🌺🌴🤙 This is truly something to see because there are so many sites that pictures don’t do justice. #mauihawaii #travelagent #maui #travel #roadtohana
This is my fourth trip to Maui and the first time I went up to Haleakala to experience the sunrise. It was amazing to see and totally worth waking up at 245 am to make it up there in time. For those that don’t know Haleakala is Maui’s dormant volcano. It stands 10,000 ft above sea level. It’s a totally different perspective of the island from up here. If you are wanting to experience this for yourself, without spending a fortune on a tour company driving you, reach out. This is something that takes literally months of planning ahead, as you need reservations and they do not accept drive ins. Ask the car in front of us that we followed all the way from Kihei that got turned around at the gate Summit of Haleakala National Park Maui, Hawaii #maui #travel #travelagent #sunrise
This trip felt longer than I remembered, but we arrived. 🏖 Time for a drink 🍹 it’s never too early when you’re on holidays, right? #maui #travelagent #holiday
Did you know there is a Goat farm in Maui! They make their own goat cheese on site and do tasting flights. They even have take home containers. Oh and of course the cutest goats you’ll ever see @surfinggoatdairy #maui #travel #travelagentlife #wanderlust #seetheworld #adventure #travelgram #travelphotography #instatravel #traveling #traveler #traveltheworld #traveladdict
