“We stayed at the little lodge for my Birthday weekend. I would personally like to recommend anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing get away to book here immediately!
Abi & Steve have thought of absolutely everything. From Oat Milk sachets, Birthday Bunting / treats and outdoor blankets for colder evenings. These little touches made our stay simply the best. The location is perfect with stunning pubs nearby with walks. The Shepherds Hut itself if private and secluded with the most beautiful scenery. Also the complementary bottle of fizz and birthday treats which went down a hit. All instructions perfectly clear prior to arrival, in person and from use of the paperwork left. The additional board options are so unique and such a great option for a treat in the evening by the fire, followed by a dip in the hot tub (which was pre-lit prior to our arrival). I really would highly recommend this location to anyone! Thanks Abi & Steve for making my Birthday so memorable.”

Perfect for sharing, perfect for having in bed, perfect for a bit of lazy morning luxury!! 🍓🍯🫐🥞 For £15 you get a pot of granola to share, mixed seasonal fruits, a drizzle of honey, crumpets and pancakes to pop in the toaster with butter and jam, plus a blueberry muffin each

Wonderful review!! “Just came back from 2 nights at this little piece of heaven. My partner and myself loved the beautiful surroundings and peace that came with it. Abi left some lovely treats for his birthday and decorated the lodge with banners. It’s these small touches that really make a difference. Our faves have to be the hot tub and the most comfortable bed ever. Absolutely perfect stay! Highly recommend booking, and we plan on definitely going back.”

Cold crisp evenings call for roaring fires, hot tubs under the stars and a romantic swing in the trees. With cosy blankets and cushions, hot chocolate and marshmallows for toasting, the firepit is the perfect place to warm up with your loved one

This time last year we had some of the white stuff but not this year, it’s mild and wet instead which doesn’t make for pretty photos 🤷🏻‍♀️ but still makes for a perfect post-Christmas escape to the countryside

“Abi was a fantastic host and the little touches made our stay perfect. Loved the platters which I would thoroughly recommend. Even though we stayed in November, the hut was really warm and the bed was very comfy. Hot tub was easy to use and really made our evening perfect. I liked that it felt v secluded but was close to Dorking/places to go in the evening. We also enjoyed heading to Box Hill and a gin tasting which I would recommend. Very rarely would stay at the same place twice but would look to come back in the future.”

“My wife and I stayed here for her birthday and it was perfect! The hut was warm, cosy, clean and had everything we needed. The garden and surrounding area was beautiful and the hot tub was a real highlight for us. Abi communicated really well before and during our stay, greeted us as we arrived and added a few extra touches for my wife’s birthday, which was much appreciated.”

Our gorgeous couples hot tub is off grid and wood fired so it doesn’t matter what the weather is doing, you can still get the fire roaring and enjoy a relaxing soak under the trees

“We stayed in Little Lodge, one of the shepherds huts on Abi's property. The hut was beautiful; it was extremely well-kept, clean, cosy and perfect for a couple. It was clear that Abi has a keen eye for detail because the little personal touches inside really made the hut special. The wood-fired hot tub was amazing and being sat outside in the cool evening air with the festoon lights on was a highlight of our night! I couldn't recommend this stay enough. The property, hut and surrounding areas are incredible, the host was so welcoming and friendly and we had an amazing night that we will remember for ever.” 🫶 no you’re crying

Even on gloomy days Little Lodge is still the perfect retreat to escape to! Why? Well….only an hour from London or the South Coast, we’re easy to get to hidden away in the beautiful Surrey Hills, and with our gorgeous wood fired hot tub pre-lit to 40degrees, you can indulge and enjoy a blissful soak as soon as you arrive! Then enjoy star gazing with a glass of complimentary Prosecco before you curl up in the king size bed to Netflix and chill 😉❤️🥰

A snippet from a wonderful guest review: “Spent a night for my husband’s birthday. It’s such a peaceful place, hearing the birds singing & seeing little robins flying around & the amazing hot tub! Was a tad wary about being a bit too cold, but because you’re so hot inside the cold air out of the tub felt amazing! Little Lodge had heating so never once felt cold inside. It’s super cosy, playing board games whilst watching a movie. We were greeted by the owner, she showed us everything we needed to know. They had decorated for his bday, which was super cute & with a little treat and fizz :) then she left us to it, to enjoy this corner of paradise. We also could leave whenever we wanted and come back in with fob key or even order a take out. It’s all explained on the little folder left by the keys inside the lodge.
