We hope everyone has been doing well throughout the pandemic, and as of July 1st, we’re now in level 3 of the Covid-19 health guidelines we can all slowly return to our normal lifestyles and recreations. Below are the steps we have done and will continue to do to ensure safe travels for our customers and drivers.
Mechanical
● Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning should always be on at the highest setting possible. (We have increased the rotating speed of the ventilation motor to increase the airflow by 250%. Around 40% of buses have been modified and 20% of buses have modified to 150% airflow due to a different bus model.)
● All ventilation ducts and airflow exit spots have been fully cleaned out with air pressured air with sanitizing fluids.
● A/C filter and the condenser have also been taken out to be fully cleaned and sanitized.
● We have installed a bottle sprayer that will release an air freshener combined with germ-killing functions every hour.
Sanitizing and Cleaning Interior
Inside the bus, at the front, we have installed hand sanitizing pumps for customers to use and we will install signs in the bus notifying customers to wear masks and wash their hands often.
Moderate Cleaning
● Cleaning the leather seats with sanitizing spray and wipes
● The arm and headrests have been fully cleaned and sanitized.
● The electrical control box hidden under the bus has been vacuumed and sterilized with high alcohol spray that dries quickly.
● Bus floor is vacuumed and sanitized
In-Depth Cleaning
● The luggage department has been pressure washed and disinfected.
● We use a high-powered fabric cleaning machine mixed with sanitizer and cleaner for the fabric seats, roof, and seat panels.
● The seat cushions have been taken out to be fully cleansed and also allowing access to the underside and sides to be sanitized and cleaned.
All drivers are to follow the designated health guidelines provided by the government and WCB. Additionally, 20% of our drivers have two doses of their vaccines while 80% have received one dose as of now. (Will continue to be updated as more shots are given.)
