"I feel that the Social Work role as part of the multi-disciplinary teams at GJCC is extremely unique in the sense that we are able to form our role around the unique needs of each family. Social Work support is never black and white and we are fortunate to be able to work within the ‘grey’ in order to meet families where they’re at and help them and their children live dignified lives.
We are a small but mighty team and I feel fortunate to work collaboratively with our other disciplines to support the wonderful families involved with our centre."
