1.5 oz Dillon’s Dry Gin 7
3 dashes Dillon’s Cranberry Bitters5 oz fresh lemon juice
3 oz Sapsucker Maple Water

How to craft the cocktail:
1. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add all the ingredients.
2. Shake well until chilled
3. Strain into a vintage rocks glass with fresh ice
4. Garnish with fresh cranberries​

I had the pleasure of working with Pentagram's redesign of Billboard, and with them during the current redesign of the Village Voice. Fantastic to see their talent (particularly Paula Scher) turned to Canada's Heart & Stroke Foundation, another Canadian company for whom I have designed. Well done, gorgeous!
