We are Really excited for Come Home Year 2022! We have an absolutely breathtaking place that we call home and 2022 is a great time to come experience all we have to offer. It is no secret that the tourism and hospitality industry has been hurting around the world and Newfoundland and Labrador is no different. We have a world-class tourism product that so many talented, hardworking people strive to deliver. There are over 20 000 people and 2700 small/medium size businesses directly involved in tourism/hospitality. It contributes (pre-pandemic) more than a billon dollars annually to our economy most of which stays in our local communities. The last two years have been very challenging for everyone. Adaptability, flexibility, and "pivoting" became watch words. The wonderful staycationers were greatly appreciated as was the chance for all of us to get to know our own backyard a little better. Come Home Year 2022 is one of the first steps to rebuilding the tourism/hospitality industry. To make it even more awesome than it already is. There is a lot of hard work to be done but an equal amount of willingness to do it. We were told to holdfast and we did. Now I'm looking forward to letting go and showing off this marvelous place!

Watch for new and exciting things that we are in the process in developing for summer 2022!!!
