Hey Facebook friends! Wow, it's been a hot minute since I posted last! 😅

I've been trying to navigate this whole working from home while raising 2 toddlers thing as best I can, and unfortunately, my social media posting has taken a hit! 😬

Mexico is hot, hot, HOT right now! I have so many clients taking off this month to take in all this beautiful country has to offer! 💃🌮🏖️🪸☀️🌴

Hello friends! It seems as though travel is back in high demand, which is fantastic! FINALLY, am I right?!

Although my hands are still pretty full looking after two babies under 2, I’ve decided that I’m once again going to be accepting travel inquiries. That being said, I’m going to be quite selective with the type & number of inquiries I do accept, for the time being. I don’t want to bite off more than I can chew, you know what I mean? LOL

Great news!! :D

The Government of Canada has made it official: all COVID-19 entry restrictions, as well as testing, quarantine, and isolation requirements for anyone entering Canada, will end effective October 1.

BIG NEWS!

The Canadian government has confirmed that effective June 20 proof of vaccination will no longer be required for domestic and outbound travellers. Vaccination proof will still be required to enter the country and to board cruise ships in Canada.

***Excellent news: Canada Ends Pre-Arrival Testing as of April 1, 2022!!***

News that the federal government is dropping the requirement of a pre-arrival COVID-19 test (either a PCR or Rapid Antigen test) for arriving travelers has long been called for by the industry and those calls have finally been heard.
The announcement of the removal of the pre-arrival testing requirement was made by federal health minister, Jean-Yves Duclos, transport minister, Omar Alghabra and tourism minister, Randy Boissonnault.
While travelers arriving in Canada will no longer need to present test results as of APRIL 1, 2022, they will still need to be fully vaccinated and they will also still have to use the ArriveCan app to provide officials with the required information on arrival in Canada.
Arriving travelers will also be randomly selected for testing.
For unvaccinated or partially vaccinated travelers, they will still have to test and quarantine as is currently required by the federal government’s current border rules.

Hey everyone! I just wanted to update you all with my current situation, in case you’ve been wondering! I’ve been a little quiet on here for the past while, not only due to COVID & all the travel restrictions, but because I’m also a new first-time mama! I had my baby girl Nevaya on March 2nd, and I couldn’t be more in love! 😍

Although COVID has negatively impacted my travel business, it has also provided me with a lot of extra downtime to learn the ropes of motherhood. I’m very fortunate that I’ve been able to keep my business afloat while adjusting to this new role! I’ve been able to focus on creating a routine that will allow me to both care for my daughter & continue to do what I do best…which is plan & book vacations for all you lovely folks! 🤗

Now that restrictions are easing, more and more people are getting the itch to travel & the inquiries are starting to trickle in! I couldn’t be happier about this, as I’m feeling more than ready to fit travel planning back into my routine again! I personally just booked my own ticket to the Mayan Riviera for a destination wedding happening next April & I couldn’t be more excited!! By then I’m sure this mama will need a well-deserved break! ✈
