*To those who are planning to return or go home to the Philippines. This is the guide steps you will go through -

GUIDE FOR THE RETURNING FILIPINOS IN THE PHILIPPINES. 🇵🇭

STEP 1: REGISTRATION
Register online at https://e-cif.redcross.org.ph or scan the QR code. Don't forget to upload your passport's bio-page picture as well.

STEP 2: CONFIRMATION E-MAIL AND QR CODE
you will receive a confirmation e-mail and QR code. Save your phone or print QR code.

STEP 3: BRIEFING
When you arrive at the Philippine airport, there will be a briefing for a simple prospect of going through.

STEP 4: VERIFICATION AT BARCODING
go to Verification Counter and show your QR code. You will be given six (6) barcode stickers. Stick one in your passport.

STEP 5: SWAB TESTING
You're going to a Testing Booth to swab. Give the remaining five (5) barcode stickers to swabber.

STEP 6: IMMIGRATION
Go straight to the immigration counter and show the passport and the barcode sticker.

STEP 7: QUARANTINE FACILITY ASSIGNMENT
to know your Quarantine Center Assignment, go to the next desk. If you are
ZOFW - OWWA

> Seafarer na may Local Manning Agency - LMA
> Non-OFW Returning Filipino - DOT

STEP 8: RESULT
send your results via text message and e-mail within 72 hours.

Notice to All Non-OFWs Arriving from an International Flight

Effective 16 August 2020, all passengers arriving from an international flight who are non-OFWs (Returning Overseas Filipinos, Other Philippine passport holders, exchange visitors, diplomats and dependents of the aforementioned) shall be required to book their quarantine hotels from the list accredited by the Bureau of Quarantine prior to arrival in CRK. All booking shall be made including airport to hotel transfers. A confirmed hotel voucher shall be required when they check in for their flight at their city of origin.
