Spring's arrival has us itching to explore! 🌱 Discover the beauty of Jackfish Creek, linking to the Boreal Way Hiking trail at Camper's Cove, Clearwater Lake. With its gentle terrain, bird-watching pond, and rich biodiversity, there's much to uncover. Keep watch for the unique sight of Jackfish using the creek as a spawning ladder—though water levels are low now, they may rise with the thaw.

Our first photo contest has come to a close, and we extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who participated by submitting their stunning Winter snapshots. With approximately 21 entries from 17 passionate individuals, we've been flooded with captivating glimpses of our area's wintery charm. Each submission holds its own artistry, and we're excited to gradually unveil them all to you. After careful deliberation, our panel of judges selected images that not only catch the eye but also the uniqueness of the Northern Manitoba experience.
