SANDCASTLE DRIVE ROAD CLOSURE - It’s the last weekend of Parksville Beach Festival with Quality Foods Fireworks event on Saturday, August 17 and for this reason, Sandcastle Drive in the Parksville Community Park will be closed to vehicle traffic on August 17.
