After smashing my pb at 25k a week ago I have had to rehab. Unfortunately that distance really put pressure on my meniscus. Just like life running has obstacles. So I worked around the distance by going up. We are a travel company that knows how to work around obstacles. What are your obstacles? What are you going to do next? Leave a comment below.
