Luxury in Palm Springs! Villa Fonda is a fully private, mid-century modern, tranquil resort style home. Newly renovated and features multiple outdoor living spaces, a private backyard pool, spa, fire-pit, hammock, 400 sq ft artificial grass lawn, bocce ball, outdoor grill & dining area, yoga lawn and countless nooks to relax and soak in the sun or watch the sunset behind the mountains.

There is no smoking inside but the property is 420 friendly. ( We have multiple sitting places around the property from yoga space, pool, hottub, firepit, lounges, bocce ball court and more. )

We designed the Lodge to maximize luxury and comfort so that your shore stay is as memorable as it should be. Every part of the house is big and roomy, with lots of different seating areas to lounge. We sleep 6 comfortably and offer a high-quality air mattress and enough room to sleep up to 8. You can expect quality conveniences like bed linens, bath towels, toiletries, a stocked kitchen and all the basics to feel at home on your vacation. We've got a beautiful outdoor space in front and back with comfy seating to enjoy a smoke and your morning or evening beverages. The clincher is the Beach Lodge's location right in the heart of Highlands NJ – the Jersey Shore’s best kept secret! There's something for everyone here and we're within walking distance of it all - the beach, shops, restaurants, and the Seastreak Ferry to NYC.�
* There is no smoking inside but the property is 420 friendly. ( Relax on the wraparound deck around the front of our property or in our backyard oasis with chairs/couch/lightweight ADK chairs, etc, guests are welcome to smoke anywhere outside. There's an ashtray in the backyard. )

Arizona Getaway!

Your cannabis, friendly accommodations will greet you with a Welcome tray that usually has a filled cone (from our own organic flower ) some of our own solventfree Rosin and an electronic unit to sample it. You’re welcome to tour our modest growing facilities upon appointment and we’re more than happy to share our daab unit on the Hummingbird Patios for an evening session.

We are located Trailside in the Santa Catalina Mountains. There is over 30 miles of trail system behind our place that is great for hiking in mountain biking.

Guests are welcome to v**e within the unit or use an electronic dabbing unit. No actual smoking inside the unit. *NOTE* Any actual combustion or smoking has to be done on our patios due to fire danger here in the desert. )

Certified Regenerative Educational Cannabis Farm Tour

Enjoy an educational farm tour led by our master cannabis cultivator, Walter. You can see how we clone, plant, grow, harvest, dry, cure and manicure our flowers to get them ready for market.
While we cannot sell any of our flower on the farm, your group will have the opportunity to sample flower from our personal garden and be led on an experiential journey to learn about how our unique microclimate affects the characteristics of our flower. You will get to sample some new cultivars that we are phenohunting for our commercial garden, as well as some special flower from past years that we don’t have in production anymore.

Host is educated and certified in cannabis wellness and cannabis tourism. They have been cultivating on this property for more than 20 years and has many insights gained over his years of experience.

Enjoy a fully-equipped private bedroom and your own bathroom. Walk to the Hudson waterfront in 5 minutes where you can take the ferry or step outside the house directly to the bus stop where you will be in Times Square/Hells Kitchen in 10 minutes.

The private room has a full bed, desk, dresser, TV, and closet. Feel free to use the large kitchen, downstairs living room with large TV for your streaming pleasure. Have a cocktail in the cozy backyard while my two small dogs sunbathe.

I will be happy to show you around and/or give you directions. Trader Joe's and Whole Foods each within walking distance. I am a laid-back songwriter/musician with two dogs, so please be pet-friendly, LGBTQ friendly, and 420 friendly. I'm tidy, kind, and happy to help you navigate your way into and out of the city and around the beautiful Hudson waterfront area, also happy to stay out of your way. Peace.
